Read the record, not the price
A vendor with a long clean history beats a slightly cheaper listing from a name that appeared last week. Look at completed orders and how recent the good reviews are.
How they handle problems
Read the disputes and the bad reviews too. How a vendor answered a problem tells you more than a wall of five star ratings.
Start small
On a new vendor, place a small first order. A good result earns the next one, and you risk little to learn a lot.
